Office of the President

The president provides spiritual and visionary leadership in developing plans and strategies for the accomplishment of the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the West Zimbabwe Conference.

 Spiritual Leadership

• Serves as the chief elder and pastoral leader of all the churches within the conference, overseeing their spiritual well‑being, offering counsel.
• Develops and communicates a clear spiritual and mission-focused vision in harmony with the conference’s strategic goals

Administrative & Executive Oversight

• Acts as chair of the conference Executive Committee and Administrative Committee, overseeing day‑to‑day decisions and ensuring implementation of policies voted at constituency sessions .
• Works closely with fellow officers (treasurer and secretary) to manage finance, personnel, strategic planning, and institutional relationships—such as education boards.

Leadership Of Pastors & Staff

• Leads and supervises all conference employees including pastors: hiring, assigning and relocating personnel.
• Supports department heads in areas like evangelism, education, health ministries and more.
